Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the boy identified as Faisal Najar son of Ghulam Qadir Najar, a resident of Chattabal was injured in the scuffle when two groups fought over some issue near Safakadal. They said that soon after the incident, he was referred to SMHS hospital Srinagar for advanced treatment.
